We are located in a remote location. Please allow for delays due to COVID-19.

We will post all orders in a timely fashion once your order is placed.

We are located in a remote northern area in Canada and ship items once a week via Canada post. Rates from this area are a bit more than when shipped from urban centres and things take a little longer to get from A-B. We promise the wait and the little extra on shipping is well worth the quality of product you receive from us. We have customers from around the world that we've been shipping to for years with no major issues. Rest assured that Canada Post will get your order to you in a timely fashion and if not we'll send out by dogsled (just kidding ;).

• Please note there may be duties owed upon arrival on some larger orders made outside of Canada and that these are the responsibility of the buyer to cover.

• Orders being shipped into Western Canada will take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Orders in Central Canada will take from 8-10 business days and orders in Eastern Canada can take from 1-15 business days.

• Orders being shipped into the US can take anywhere from 10-15 business days, depending on the location.

• Orders being shipped internationally can take from six weeks to three months, depending on the country of destination.
